Service Integration and Management

Integration and Management   Service Integration and Management or SIAM is a functional framework. Stereotypically, if researched in depth it lays its wing on the framework laid by ITIL. It starves on the lifecycle model of ITIL and hence it is both a framework and a function. Contrary to ITIL, SIAM has additional focus in service delivery and holistic governance with governance across all partners. It is holistically accountable to ensure Service Management benchmark enabled with governance and security controls. Unlike its predecessors SIAM supports a robust and sturdy relationship between business and IT. It all elaborates on the importance laid upon planning alignment between service consumers, applications, cloud services and infrastructure partners. SIAM plans towards CSI and service management and focus to delivers an organization hierarchical and functional view. In short, as suggested by Wiki: "Service integratio

1.Analyze your current plan. Determine what's working. Look at what's not bringing statistical results. (You should analyze this monthly anyway. Be sure you're able to track your traffic flow in social media!) I usually suggest people first always develop a written marketing strategy. It looks a little like a financial portfolio: Diversify a bit. Plan on tapping into two marketing platforms, maybe three. Learn everything you can about one platform as best you can. Then, add #2. Then, #3. Why not add Infographics to those platforms? Why not let Pinterest be one of them?

2.My very strong opinion is that one of the two should be a blog or your own website. You have to have an "online home base." This is where you get traffic, you're able to interact with visitors, and generate leads all entirely under YOUR control. FREE sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest CANNOT be home base. I've been shut down for breaking a new rule that went into effect on one platform. No mercy was shown! I begged and pleaded. I had over 5000 connections and it vanished overnight! Don't bank on someone else's site. Capture your own leads and build your list.

3.Only when you are comfortable should you add on another platform into the strategy. Otherwise you'll be a bit schizophrenic. You'll bounce back and forth. You'll be frustrated because you don't know each well enough. You'll be less likely to remain consistent. Because of time, you won't do ANY of them very well, either. Ever heard of being spread too thin? Learn from my mistake.

4.Use the Pinterest search feature and find out what business boards in your niche. Learn from others before you leap. Sketch out times of when you'll sneak your education in. How are they approaching their pins? What fun things are they doing? How are they incorporating Pinterest Infographics into their pins? Which pins are re-pinned most often? What characteristics do they have in common? Then, determine if you will drop one of your platforms when you add Pinterest or just adjust the time spent between them.

5.Now search what critical components to pin are typical. What generates traffic, leads, and certainly interest? Google this. Plenty of experts in the field can lend a free hand via their valuable posted content. Once you determine the steps, write them down. How often will you post new pins? What will the board look like? Will you post during strategic times of the day or use automation to pin? Logically or creatively plan the appearance of your board and pins.

6.Use SEO to get the most bang for your buck. (Never forget about keywords. 90% of all keywords are NOT income generating. If this isn't important to you, then disregard.) I use Market Samurai several times a day. It generates keywords and allows you to look at the competition. They offer a free trial should you want to test drive it. In any kind of content, across ALL the mediums, I try to incorporate either a strong keyword or a long-tail keyword. Into each pin. Including you "home base" URL, you'll generate a great little backlink, too, when it's shared!
This should give you some place to begin. Pinterest is so much fun. But be sure to keep business separate. Otherwise, it will be 11 p.m., you'll look up and wonder where 2 hours went!
